Helping Women Grow in their personal walk is another step in the process of Womens Ministry. This Growth takes place through Bible Studies, Conferences and Prayer
BIBLE STUDIES
Bible Studies are held each year at the church. Wednesday morning studies begin at 10:30 a.m. in Building B. The same studies are repeated the following Sunday evening at 5:00. Check the bulletin for reminders and changes.
CONFERENCES
At least one major conference is selected each year to provide the opportunity to hear top notch Bible teachers, speakers, and outstanding musicians.
PRAYER
Belmont Women’s Ministry believes that prayer must undergird all that we do throughout the areas of ministry. Daily, weekly, and periodic special activities are planned to help women grow in their prayer lives.
Special Study On Prayer:
Special Studies are done on prayer at various times each year.
Ladies Prayer Group:
This group meets weekly on Tuesday in the Conference Room/SPOT at 9:00 a.m.
E-mail and Phone Prayer Chains:
Requests may be posted on both the church e-mail and phone prayer chains on a daily basis. Click Here to e-mail a prayer request.
Hurting Hearts Prayer Box:
This box is located on a table in the front of the sanctuary and is kept sealed. Personal and private requests placed in this special box are prayed over during the ladies’ weekly prayer time.
Moms in Touch Prayer Groups:
Moms in Touch International gathers moms together to pray specifically and scripturally for our children and school. for more information visit www.momsintouch.org
Involving Women in Ministry and on Mission is a third step in the process of Womens Ministry. Belmont provides several opportunities to involve Women in Ministry and on Mission.
WIDOWS MINISTRY
This new initiative involves all of the ministries of the church in better meeting the spiritual, physical, social, and emotional needs of this special group of ladies. There are many ways in which you may participate and/or serve in this ministry – visits, fellowship activities, and volunteering.
Quarterly Fellowship Lunches are held after the worship service.
Grief Share Ministry
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future. If you'’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, this special seminar and support group ministry will connect you with people who understand what you are experiencing and who want to offer encouragement during this difficult time.
Meets weekly from September through May.
Counseling Ministry
Biblical-based Counseling and Referral Services for Women are available upon request.
NURSING HOME MINISTRY
Get involved with our senior ladies who live at Gordon Health Care Center through our monthly “Fun in the Son” program on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
Quilting Ministry
Come and quilt or bring your top to be quilted. Proceeds go to mission projects. Wednesday 9:00 a.m

Reaching Women for Christ is a very important step in the process of Womens Ministry at Belmont. Several events are planned annually to Reach Women with the Gospel.

Women of Welcome provide baked goods to be taken to first-time visitors to Belmont.
